To find and replace text in a document, here’s how you can do it in Microsoft Word and Google Docs:
In Microsoft Word:
1. Open your document in Microsoft Word.
2. Find Text:
Press Ctrl + F (Windows) or Cmd + F (Mac) to open the Find feature.
Type the text you want to find in the search box that appears.
3. Replace Text:
Press Ctrl + H (Windows) or Cmd + H (Mac) to open the Find and Replace dialog box.
In the “Find what” box, type the text you want to find.
In the “Replace with” box, type the text you want to replace it with.
Click Replace to replace the current instance, or Replace All to replace all occurrences in the document.
4. Advanced Options:
You can click on More for advanced options like matching case, whole words, using wildcards, etc.

In Google Docs:
1. Open your document in Google Docs.
2. Find Text:
Press Ctrl + F (Windows) or Cmd + F (Mac) to open the Find feature in the right-hand corner.
Type the word you want to find.
3. Replace Text:
Press Ctrl + H (Windows) or Cmd + H (Mac) to open the Find and Replace window.
In the “Find” field, type the word or phrase you want to find.
In the “Replace with” field, type the replacement text.
You can click Find to locate instances one at a time or use Replace to replace the current instance.
Click Replace All to replace every occurrence at once.
4. Advanced Options:
Click on the three dots for more options, like matching case, using regular expressions, or matching whole words.
